Graphic Design Terms

By placing a Graphic Design order with BlueBOX Grafix Limited you the client hereby accept these terms:

From this point on BlueBOX Grafix Limited would be referred to as (BBG) , any person or company purchasing services or products from here on in would be referred to as the (Client).

-Upon request of digital artwork services, the client must make full payment to order/book any services that are to be fulfilled by BBG. Only when payments are made would the client order be processed.

-All information concerning the job order must be submitted to BBG before any work on the design is started. Depending on the requested artwork BBG would then begin mocks/sketches to show the client for approval before final design is completed and submitted.

-During the design process if for any reason the client wishes to change the design AFTER it has already been approved there would be additional costs attached, this cost must be settled before final artwork is submitted.

-During the design process if for any reason the client wishes to add to the design AFTER it has already been approved there would be additional costs attached, this cost must be settled before final artwork is submitted.

-Depending on the requested digital artwork, if the client for whatever reason wishes to cancel the order after the order is placed 50% of the cost of the entire job would immediately be charged and 50% refunded as work would have already been started.

-Depending on the requested digital artwork, if the client for whatever reason wishes to cancel the order after the order is placed, an evaluation on the quantity of work that was completed would be made by BBG and that percentage of the job would be charged and the balance refunded.

-If the client has paid off for a job and for whatever reason BBG cannot complete the job the client would be refunded for that job.

-If a client is not satisfied with a digital artwork that was submitted 75% of the entire job would be charged and the balance refunded as the job would have been sent for approval before the final piece was submitted to the client.

-Because of the nature of digital artwork, once submitted to a client the digital artwork cannot be taken back if the client refuses to pay, or if the client makes a false claim to BBG of not being satisfied and requests a refund for work done
